Announcement for New Students – Academic Year 1/2026
1. Enrollment Method
Enrollment for new students of Payap University for the Academic Semester 1/2026 is to be conducted via the Online System only.
2. Enrollment Period
- Thai Programs: June 1 – 21, 2026
International Programs: July 25 – August 9, 2026
3. Enrollment Procedures
The enrollment process consists of the following steps.
1. Completion of the Student Record/Profile.
2. Uploading of required enrollment documents.

Guidelines for Reporting and Submitting Supporting Documents for New Student Registration
Once students have received their educational credentials (completion of studies version) from their previous institution, students are required to adhere to the following steps:
- Document List : Click Here
- Access the e-Registrar System at https://reg.payap.ac.th to complete their student information. Please note that the system only accepts educational documents in the completion of studies version.
- Log in to the New Student Reporting and Document Submission System at https://reso.payap.ac.th/newstudentReg to upload the necessary supporting documents for new student reporting.
- Our staff will verify the provided information and the uploaded documents within the next two working days. Students can review the results of their document submissions through the New Student Reporting and Document Submission System.
- Students must fill in their student information and submit the supporting documents within the specified time frame. Failure to do so will result in the student's reporting process being considered incomplete.
